All the classes would be live classes conducted by our trainers. They would not be pre-recorded seminars unless it is a illustraed example during the session where videos and infographics would be streamed.

We always strive to be genuine and will support refund when the candidate opts out of the program as long as the reason is justified and informed well before the logistical planning is done for the batch scheduled.
Our classes would be recorded. In such cases recordings of those classes can be provided on request. However, we expect the candidates to inform beforehand on their unavailability.
