Job Description

Responsibilities:

* Sourcing/reviewing resumes and applications.
* Be the go-to person for recruiters, hiring managers, interviewers as well as candidates ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
* Manage contractual relationships with placement agencies and contract recruiters.
* Initiate pre-onboarding communication with candidates to provide details of joining formalities.
* Ensure new employees are comfortable with the post onboarding. Assess satisfaction through surveys.
* Issuing ID and access cards. Generate and send employment letters to new employees and handle other letter requests e. g., offer letter, address proof letter, medical letter, exit letter etc.
* Initiating background screening checks, creating new hire folders and uploading new hire documentation to employee files.
* Ensuring all benefits enrollments are up to date.
* Retains historical records by designing a retrieval system and keeping past and current records.
* Keeping records of employee's insurance and ensuring timely renewal.
* Maintaining records related to grievances, performance reviews, and disciplinary actions.
* Assist in payroll preparation by providing relevant data (salary, incentive, any other variables, deductions, updating bank accounts etc. ). Addressing payroll related queries.
* Liaise and respond to any government or third-party agencies relating to payroll.
* Training & Development: Prepare Training Calendar, identify/develop internal and external faculty to build talent capability.
* Conduct meetings with the heads for understanding the Training needs and arranging the session for the employee concerned.
* Provide regular reports/information required by HR regarding employee count, feedback reports, and drive actions to closure.
* Process documentation and prepare reports relating to employee activities (recruitment, training, grievances, etc. ).
* Provide support during internal and external audits.
* Carry out audits and checks on data changes to ensure accurate and timely payment of the employee population. Maintain, manage and regularly audit all electronic employee files.
* Provide ad-hoc support and services as needed.
* Being leveraged for HR activities.


Requirements:

* Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field covering entire employee life cycle process - recruitment, on-boarding, Payroll process, Time off, leave administration, employee engagement, training, exit and retiral.
* 2-4 years of progressively responsible experience human resources management.
* Fluency with MS-Word, MS-PPT, MS-Excel, or similar tools.
* Experience in HRMS systems handling various modules like Recruitment/ ATS, onboarding, payroll and employee database.
* Good knowledge of labor legislation (particularly employment contracts, employee leaves and insurance).
* Strong verbal and written communication skills needed to interface and establish rapport with all organization levels, including executive team members

Education & Job Qualification

Bachelor's degree in HR or a related field covering entire employee life cycle process - recruitment, on-boarding, Payroll process, Time off, leave administration, employee engagement, training, exit and retiral.
