Job Description
Write the Job descriptions by connecting with the stakeholders in the Org.
Connect with the candidates over the phone and guide them about the business and functions
Interview potential candidates using our standard process
Introduce new hires to the team and walk them through the functional responsibilities
To follow-up references and check credits.
Education & Job Qualification
Candidates with an experience in IT , and non-IT recruitment would be preferred.
Should have some experience
Familiarity with job sites like Naukri, Monster, Shine,etc
Knowledge of sourcing techniques on social media.
