Job Description
2. Capable to take a complete stack development - Conceptualize, Design, Test and Validate, interface with peripheral system and system level delivering it as the final product
3. Out of the box thinking on the digital and analogue circuits, knowledge of latest know-how on the cutting-edge technology and capable to bring those on-board into the design approach.
4. Take overall responsibility for the design architecture, and design meeting QCD of the hardware and provide leadership and guidance for junior engineers.
5. A thorough knowledge of PDLC (HDLC & SDLC) and have at least delivered 5~6 complete PDLC products with a measurable commercial impact to the product and business.
6. Documentation of design specifications and implementation details.
7. Lead design reviews, prepare for management review and management presentation as and when needed.
8. Realisation of complex system requirements to provide robust and reliable hardware solutions.
9. Responsibility for the complete implementation of detailed technical items at system level.
10. Flexibility to liaison with customers, CFT members and design partners for continued feedback.
11. Collaboration with other team members (H/W and S/W engineers) for common understanding of system designs, interfaces, and protocols etc.
12. Development of appropriate test hardware and procedures, both informal and formal, to prove the correct operation of hardware and software.
13. Provide support for the hardware and manage component obsolescence throughout its lifecycle.
14. Monitoring and reporting of progress of development to immediate supervisor and manage the escalation process on development team.
15. Proactively support company compliance to Health and Safety legislation through adherence to company polices, processes and practices.
16. Ensure that all business activity is conducted in line with company values, policies, and ethics codes of conduct.

Education & Job Qualification
1. BE/BTech & ME/MTech/MS in Embedded System/Electronics/ Electronics & Communication/Electronics and Instrumentation Engineering
2. Must have done at least 5 Embedded System PLM projects and have led a minimum of 5-6 engineers.
3. Excellent knowledge of analogue and digital electronic circuit design.
4. Thorough design and application knowledge in multiple approaches ISO26262, CAN 2.0, BLE, RS232/RS485, SPI, TCP/IP, Driver level coding, AUTOSAR, Multi-bus network etc.
