Job Description
• Work closely with Product Owners and stakeholders to prioritize and manage the product backlog, ensuring that the team is delivering maximum value with each iteration.
• Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and practices, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and collaboration.
• Remove impediments and barriers that hinder the team's progress, escalating issues when necessary to ensure timely resolution.
• Track and report on project progress, including sprint velocity, burndown charts, and other relevant metrics, to stakeholders and leadership.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify dependencies and coordinate efforts to deliver integrated solutions.
• Participate in Agile and Scrum community events, sharing knowledge and best practices with the broader organization.
• Maintain a repository of the work products and lessons learned.
Preferred Qualifications:-
· PMP certification (PMP, PMI-ACP, or equivalent).
· Familiarity with DevOps principles and practices.
· Experience with continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) pipelines.
· Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities.
Experience with multi-national teams is desirable.
Education & Job Qualification
Engineering or MCA or an equivalent degree.
5 to 8 years of overall IT experience.
• 3+ years of experience serving as a Scrum Master or Agile Project Manager in a software development environment.
• Scrum Master certification (CSM, PSM I, or equivalent) required.
• Strong understanding of Agile principles and methodologies, with experience implementing Scrum practices and frameworks.
• Excellent communication, facilitation, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with team members and stakeholders.
• Proven leadership and decision-making abilities, with a focus on driving results and achieving project objectives.
• Experience with Agile project management tools such as JIRA, Trello, or similar.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and related processes.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Excellent problem solving skills.
• Working across geographies and time zones.
• Leadership skills to motivate and manage the team.
