Job Description
Post jobs and manage various recruitment platforms.
Interview job applicants as part of the screening process to get information on their work history, job skills.
To ensure TAT compliance for all designated activities.
Prepare and circulate regular recruitment update reports for all openings based on Daily/Weekly basis.
Develop and execute key talent attraction strategies and initiatives for bulk hiring.
Maintain MIS.

**BBA/MBA,BCOM/MCOM,BTECH/MTECH AND RELEVANT DEGREE**
Skillsets
Must Have experience in Bulk hiring/Blue Collar hiring Good Communication Knowledge Must have own laptop/pc Knowledge of MS Excel
