Time plays a very important and major role in our life. We all know a famous proverb about time.*** Time is Gold***. The meaning of this proverb is that ***Time is more precious and valuable than gold.*** We have to utilize our time in a great and useful way. In this article we can discuss about how to use our time in an efficient way.

***Following are the tips to utilize our time in a useful and an efficient way:***
1. Create a calendar that contains the daily task
2. Set time for your task
3. Take the challenging task at first
4. Do the work without distraction
5. Frequently change your schedule according to your mindset.
6. Take break between the tasks
7. Use reminders for your remembrance.
8. Stop wasting time by thinking unnecessarily.
9. Be attentive as well as be relax.
10. Evaluate yourself.
**1.CREATE A CALENDAR THAT CONTAINS THE DAILY TASK:**
* Create a calendar that contains the number of tasks that you have to do for that particular day.
* Do it one by one with a perfect time limit.
* Actually, the hand written calendar prepared by you will give you the clear idea of what to do for that particular day.
So the calendar will help you find out your important works.
**2.SET TIME FOR YOUR TASKS:**
* After creating the calendar, set time for your tasks.
* Provide the perfect and correct time for that tasks.
* Do it as per the timetable you have created.
* Suppose, if you are not able to complete the work on time, then create a new list that contain the bending work list.
* You should create a new time table for that bending tasks and try to finish it on time.

* Because if you finish the big work at the morning itself, it will give you confidence and it also saves your time.

* If you do your work with distraction, then it takes more to complete and the work may not be perfect.

* Because if you are too involved in your work you may forget your calendar.
* So in that case, the reminders in your mobile phone will help to manage and use your time in a very efficient way.
* It is not necessary if you are with steady and concentration in your work.
8.STOP WASTING TIME BY THINKING UNNECESSARILY:
* An important thing while managing time is not to think about unnecessary things.

**9.BE ATTENTIVE AS WELL AS BE RELAX:**
