Today, I am going to share my working experience at QUANTUMHUNTS. It was all started 3 months back ,when I got a call for interview from QUANTUMHUNTS. Since the first day of joining in QUANTUMHUNTS and till the last day,I have learnt something new, which I have never learnt before. In books,website,newspaper ,I had just only knew the meaning of HR but when I joined the QUANTUMHUNTS, In real manner, I got to know that what HR really is, what is role of HR in an organization,Why HR role is so important for the organization.
I joined as a HR Consultant and I was mentored by Jenna liz aby and Lead HR Consultant Aishwarya Vasumithran.
This internship has given me a opportunity to explore myself.Now, I can say that, I am able to do my SWOT analysis. In this internship, I have learnt a lot of skills i.e. Communication skills, Presentation skills ,Time management ,Managerial skills, Professionalism ,Tech savvy skills

And apart from this, I have gained a confidence while working in QUANTUMHUNTS ,before this , I had a zero level of confidence. In this internship ,I have learnt :

* Making Presentation
* Job posting
* Taking Interviews
* Onboarding Process
* Pitching candidates
* Creating Videos for Official purpose

And what I loved about this organization is that ,people belongs to different state ,different cities ,languages are different but they all worked in a unity and there goal is to reach the organization in the apex position. And one more thing is that ,It celebrates everyone's birthday and also conduct a employee engagement activities which increases the employee loyality towards the organization and promotes Unity.

So,At the end ,I want to thank my Mentor ,Aparna Raghvendra,and teammates for making my experience at QUANTUMHUNTS so memorable and wonderful. I feel honoured to be a part of this organization and I am very thankful to each and everyone who is helping me throughout this journey.
