It all started back 4 months ago when I got a call from QUANTUMHUNTS for my screening process. After that there was no looking back for me. The day from when I joined I have always learnt something new and I was directly mentored by the CEO of the company i.e., Aparna ma’am. Initially I joined as a HR Consultant and even got promoted as an HR Lead Intern.

Thanks to this internship that now I’m able to introduce myself in a much better manner also it has given me a very good opportunity to explore myself. As an intern I got to grasp many new things from my mentors and learnt a lot of skills including communication skills, managerial skills, organizational skills and also some technical skills. And according to me one should learn all these things to survive in a corporate world. Honestly I also gained a lot of confidence from QUANTUMHUNTS because before joining I had zero level of confidence and no communication skills but after joining this internship I have gained a lot of experience and skills and for this I am very much thankful to Aparna ma’am as she has constantly supported me and mentored me in doing the things that makes us more presentable in front of everyone. And I really appreciate her behaviour of parenting towards me.

Aparna ma’am has even given me many different opportunities like conducting Virtual meets, Saturday activities and so on. So if you all do not know about what Saturday activities are then these are some fun learning activities which we organize every weekend and it can be in a form of a game or some Virtual meet ups like Virtual Coffee meet, Weekly engagement activities, etc. so that all the team members can connect more as well as gain some knowledge at the same time.

Therefore some of the things which I learnt during my internship are as follows:
• Job posting
• Hosting Weekly engagement activities & Webinars
• Graphic designing
• Interview candidates or job seekers
• Pitching candidates
• Managing a large team
• Making presentations
• Onboarding process
• Creating video for official purpose
• Importance of networking for an HR aspirants
• Learnt about new job sites and
• Taking virtual interview.

Even I would like to thank my teammates and my mentees for making my experience at QUANTUMHUNTS so memorable because according to me a good team makes the professional experience more enjoyable and valuable. Also what I like most about this company is that it used to celebrate everyone’s birthdays by giving them a virtual party and they also conduct small fare well parties for all the interns who leave QH.

So at the end I would like to say that I feel honoured to be a part of this wonderful organisation and I am very thankful and grateful to my mentor Aparna ma’am who has taught me so many things and gave me such a good opportunity. And from my experience all I can say you that this is a great organisation to start your career with and achieve all your dreams and goals and I hope everyone to achieve their dreams and I wish all the very best to everyone for their career and their future.
