My First Hiring Experience at QUANTUMHUNTS
Today I am going to share with you all about my ***"First Hiring Experience"***.
When I joined **QUANTUMHUNTS**, I was given a huge opportunity to hire a candidate for one of our premium clients. I was very inspired and excited to pull off this opportunity.
I personally believe that while Recruiting, creating a positive experience with the candidates will lead to a huge impact in the hiring process. And also both the Recruiter and the Candidate win while we personalize the hiring process.
I was able to close a position within a week by building a good candidate experience. Also this was possible because we at QUANTUMHUNTS had a structured interview and hiring process, which enables us to learn and grow.
We’ve replaced the traditional “Word Resume” with our QUANTUMHUNTS **"Video Resume"** which is one of QUANTUMHUNTS unique feature. By encouraging candidates to their Video Resume, the Recruiters can know the candidates on a more Personal level. And as we all are moving to a highly remote-friendly situation, we recommend QUANTUMHUNTS Video Resume to the candidates.
The candidates had Three level of client interviews. In the final interview, we asked the Candidates to take up the **"Psychometric Analysis"** which helped me to analyse and understand the Candidates Personality Traits.
By adopting to all the above mentioned metrics, I was able to close the position within the Turnaround Time.
